The old Mushroom is feeling pretty good most times, as this photo my granddaughter took can attest, but there are other times I need help from my little friends!
I’m living better through chemistry!
Right now, golf seems a full season away!
Oh yeah, here is my precious little angel.

what a cute photo!
Here's hoping the shoulder's better soon! Dang man, you better get that shoulder working...you'll need a good swing to beat the guys away from that cutie!
I totally agree with Chuck, you gotta swing that bat or golf club. I'm so glad you are recuperating and it's always nice to hear from you.
Really! She's workin' that camera. She's got skills. And I love the shot of you with the hazy look and pill bottles in both fists. Gotta love modern medicine.
My history students ask me every once and a while what era I'd like to have lived in, and I tell 'em life before modern medicine would suck. Now, a visit would be cool, but if they don't have penicillin, I ain't goin'.
Wow! Won't be long until we are trading panicky "how to beat the boys off" emails, Mushy... she's a beautiful girl.
I'm glad you're feeling better - although that looks like a comfy chair to recuperate in. Were I you, I would milk this for as long as possible.
Thanks guys!
The chair is comfy...and a good thing since that's where I've slept since coming home. It's difficult to lay and have gravity start pulling down on my shoulder.
I think I'll try the bed again tonight, but it may be another few days.
I hope you're feeling better and that you're back swinging whatever you want to swing very quickly. I agree - you're granddaughter is beautiful!
What a cutie!
Where can I get me some of those pharmaceuticals? LOL!
Your granddaughter is really pretty.
That "jug" in your RIGHT hand looks more like a jar of dill pickels! Amazing how they put meds for PAIN in those "relief-proof" bottles, ain't it?
And I'll bet you that's a Broyhill leather recliner you're parked-in, ain't it? Looks like a dead-ringer for the one I live---er, relax in!
After seeing those post-surgery pictures, I think you have the right to milk it for a loooooooong time!
