THE KNIGHTS – DOING DIFFERENT THINGS TOGETHER

Steve, Corey, and I met around 11 today and went the Wild Wings Café for lunch. The wings, beer, and iced tea were great.

At the meantime, Judy and Terri shopped in Pigeon Forge. I even got a couple of new shirts without having to shop!

Ron and Neena went to North Carolina to pick up their grandson.

Gary had planned to meet us at Wild Wings, but when he got a call from a friend that had a field full of turkeys his plans changed, and here is the result of that decision. Charlotte stayed home and relaxed.

Saturdays are good even when we aren’t all together.

  1. Them turkeys' is startin' to run wild here, too! Our spring season doesn't open for a couple of weeks yet, though.

They're just like deer---they have that "knack" for disappearing the very first day of the season.

Ain't nothin' stupid about a turkey---even if they do make the damnedest mess of taking-off for flight you'll ever see...!

Ah, new clothes without having to shop--ideal! I had it easy to shop for local "Harley shirts" for Jenny and husband Jay today in Harker Heights. I needed 2 short sleeve (matching shirts) with a local motif. It was easy as there was only one style that they had 2 of in that size. I didn't know until today that that Harley dealership has been the "Fort Hood" Harley Davidson for 2 yrs now. Then I saw the movie Stop Loss--Ryan Philippe;s best role ever I think. Belle

  6. Looks like we aren't going turkey hunting this year but perhaps wild hog. Know much about any of the hunting lodges out that way?

  7. I have to shop for all of hubby's clothes, he hates shopping. Rather be playing music, ha.

You've mentioned this restaurant before, must be one of your favorite ones.
