MUSHY'S MOOCHINGS: AH, SPRING IS IN THE AIR

AH, SPRING IS IN THE AIR

I have been trying to get back in hiking shape again and walked the 6/10 of a mile around Riverfront Park three times the day before yesterday. However, yesterday I could not make it once! I cannot seem to get air down deeply into my lungs. I am going to the doctor today to get some answers. I cannot let this get me down.

Anyway, the flowers were beginning to bloom, bringing color back to the world.

There was also one bride out having her picture made. There was no groom around so I do not know if this was post or pre-wedding shooting!

I hope your doctor visit goes well. Good thoughts going your way!

I love the pictures! I always love when PC and I go to the nature trails at the local park. We don't see quite as many beautiful colors as you do, but the scenery is very relaxing. Spring and Fall are great times!

I'm glad to hear you're getting out SOMEwhat. Hope the dr. can give you some answers.

Damn. I envy you these pics. Everything is still brown and yucky around here. Oh, and MUDDY as all get out.

Good luck on the visit to the doc, my friend. Very nice photos.

(You DO realize that for all your cigar-chompin' and beer-drinkin' and assorted hell-raisin', you've got the soul of a poet, right?)

She said...stay off the Flowmax for 72 hours to see if that's causing my drozziness, and did a chest xray to rule out a pulmonary embolism.

However there is something on my lung she wants to know more about. She is trying to get my latest from the pre-surgery exam to compare with today's xray. If they don't compare, then I'll have to get a scan.

I'm not that worried about it, so just think good thoughts.

Good thoughts, Good thoughts, Good thoughts... my new mantra for you, Mushy.

And that's such a pretty park! We've got a lot of drizzle and dark here, still. I can't wait for our Canuckian Spring. Should be here around July, I think...

Hehe. Those are called bridal portraits. Brides often have them done a month or two prior to the ceremony and will post it at the door to the reception. It's also a good way to "try out" the hair/make-up that she's going to have on the big day.

I hope you're feeling better soon. I'm having strange issues with my knee (which I damaged a while back) in that a normal routine will suddenly make it hurt and swell for days, and then I can't do anything until it's gone back down.

Sounds like it will be Monday before I know anything from the doctor. I appreciate the good thoughts from great people.

You know we'll be thinkin' about ya. And those are beutiful shots of some nice sunny days. The bluebonnets are already poppin' up on I-35, so I think we're gonna have a nice spring, but right now it's cloudy and rainy. Drizzle, off and on. Cake care man.

Spring has sprung in the Socialist Republic of Canadia, as well. I actually saw a woman with boots that weighed less than 20lbs (or is that 10 kilos?) each today! I smell spandex. It's a'comin'!

BTW, I finally threw you a link at my site, Mushmeister. I figured you've been putting up with my shit long enough. =)

Healing power of beer > healing power of prayer.

I love spring but hate the allergies that come with it. It hits me most in my eyes as they tear constantly and then I get sneezing attacks.

Beautiful park! It's still pretty wet, muddy and non-flowery around here; soon, though! I saw a little green in my flower garden yesterday!! I go to an orthopedic guy this morning to get my R shoulder checked out,,,may be a torn rotator cuff. I'm hoping it's not, just hoping it's something simple they can fix with a pill! Good luck on your test results; sounds like you are too ornery for there to be too much wrong with ya! *S*
